Thank you. We came from an older phone system and I'll have to ask the users to see if they want to get rid of their secondary and third lines. I guess if i had to I can setup a fake accounts and forward the other numbers to the user who won't give up the other lines.

How do I assign multiple lines for a user? I have a few users that want/need multiple lines. For example, if they are on a call and another call comes in on their second line, they should be able to put the current call on hold and answer their second line. <br />

If Skype for Business 2015 does not support this, is there a 3rd party software that will provide us this solution?
