Need a little more information. Is your ultimate goal to block what you are calling "open emails" to a computer, network, phone, what?

We could use a whole lot more information.....

ASKER

We want to block a group of admin users on our domain. Users should not be able to access these kind of emails when they are on company domain.

Hope you got your answer.

Thanks,

Masood
Still not quite enough detail. You want to block certain users from certain web sites? Some of the web sites being Yahoo.com, Hotmail.com and Gmail.com?

There are other ways to get emails like with email clients like Outlook and Thunderbird. You want to keep people from accessing certain web sites and aren't trying to block emails from coming in to their Outlook correct?
Yes that's correct because our email is on Outlook .. Thanks
OK. They might still get emails from someone at Yahoo and/or Gmail but if what you are trying to do is keep users from going to those web sites what you need is called "content filtering" or "web filtering". There are several options for you to look at:

Open DNS: https://www.opendns.com/free-trial/open-your-mind-to-a-new-breed-of-security/?_bt=107717459110&_bk=opendns&_bm=e&utm_source=google&utm_medium=search-paid&utm_campaign=Brand-General-Exact-US-Search-English-Google&utm_term=opendns&utm_content=s6mExI4Gv_dc|pcrid|107717459110|pkw|opendns|pmt|e

Websense: http://www.websense.com/content/web-security-gateway-features.aspx

Those are LAN contenst filters

an Appliance would be a Barracuda Web Fiilter: https://www.barracuda.com/products/websecuritygateway#

Or you can run the software on your own server: http://www.workexaminer.com/

The cost and the options are unlimited. All you can do is start searchng. Google "Web Filters" and you will see :)
Hi, thanks a lot but I was wondering if it can be done via GPO ? Also is this the only way to do this? Is this what we call Proxy Settings?

Regards,
You can't block web pages with a GPO. The only way to block web pages is with content filtering of some kind. It isn't really consider a Proxy Setting. A proxy Setting (server) is where you first pass through a proxy and it takes control of where you go from there.
okay .. thanks
