you may uninstall these packages, since Visual Studio Setup will bring them as well and perhaps those packages might have caused the issue.<br />

Hi,

I am trying to install MS Visual Studio 2015 on MS Server 2012 R2 Standard and it keeps failing with Error

fatal error during installation "

There is nothing in any forums that would suggest that this should be happening.

It is a clean build server, I have manually installed the Visual Redist C ++ 2015 packages.

Anyone experienced a similar issue?
