New Acronis True Image 2016 [Mac] email account cannot be accessed
New Acronis True Image 2016 mail account cannot be accessed
Installed Acronis [Purchased] True Image 2016, Mac, 3 computers on MAC OS 10.9 at local Church [not a business account]. When asked, I created Acronis email account. Then login failed. Tried to re-create account with same credentials - Acronis returned 'Account Exists'.
Tried logging in [copy/paste same, original credentials] 3 more times. Always returns message about incorrect name or password or 'The credentials are incorrect'
Attempts to login to http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/ with credentials from my personal Acronis fails with 'Your registration e-mail or password is incorrect.'
However, I can login to my personal Acronis account @ https://cloud.acronis.com with never any problem.
How do I convince Acronis to allow login at Church installation?
