Cannot send out emails Microsoft Office for Mac Error -17900
I have a client that is getting: Command Line Too Long, Error -17900 in the MS Outlook for Mac 2011 when sending out emails. I contacted GoDaddy their email host and they updated the SRT records over 24 hours ago but the user still cannot send emails out.
>Client is setup as POP
In addition I repaired the profile. Any other suggestions?

You need to push GoDaddy to fix it. The problem is not on the email client side and there is no apparent fix.

JM Other then the SRT records what should I tell GoDaddy to do?
PAMurillo,
while your onsite, check the things I stated, that way you will know for certain it is not the client (I Have seen MSOffice 2011 get corrupted in some very odd ways).
Check the MXRecord on http://mxtoolbox.com/
Check the General DNS record at http://dnscheck.pingdom.com/
(there are lots of great tools that do both those things, but these two are simple and trustworthy which is why refer people to them. By all means, use another such tool f you like it better.)
