Is it at all possible to convert an Android ARM rom to work on an Intel Atom Z3745 tablet?

Hello all,
I just bought a Transformer Pad TF0310C (after a bunch of research it looks like it is the Best Buy exclusive version of the TF103C which unfortunately has an Intel quad core, 1gb ram, 16gb storage), I am guessing there probably are no roms, or really anything at all for this device (spent an hour or so yesterday trying to find any and all I really found were posts of people trying to figure out what this device equivalent was to try and see if the roms will work for it)? I wish I had researched a bit more before I bought it, but too little too late (it was only $85~ so no huge deal). Assuming there are no roms for it, is it possible to adapt a current rom over to this architecture?

I am familiar with linux, several programming languages (not an expert in any, but definitely know enough of each to get any job done that I have needed thus far), manipulating devices to suit my needs, etc, so I feel that if I had enough documentation and resources available I could get something going, as long as someone with more experience tells me that it is indeed at least possible. There are probably going to be quite a few more people who are going to be looking for them as well as this device is currently a "best seller" on woot.com as a refurb, so I am hoping to try and help not only myself, but possibly the community as a whole by trying to provide at least a rom for the device, if nothing else, it will be a great learning experience for me.

Thanks all!

What do you mean? Do you mean that this tablet has no rom at all?

No, it does have a rom on it, but It has only nadroid 4.4 I believe. The ARM versions of this tablet, XDA forum members have made Android 6.01~ roms for it, but this version has the Intel processor, and they do not even have a sections of the forum devoted to this model, so I was figuring I will probably have to learn to port my own rom.
I think that you are comparing two different tablets, not a variant of the same model. The golden rule is NOT to apply ROM from another model which will certainly brick your tablet.

Asus Transformer Pad TF300T (with Android 6.01 from XDA forum)

Asus Transformer Pad TF103C

There are completely different products (only similar). Asus Transformer Pad TF300T is an old product which was released in year 2012 whereas Asus Transformer Pad TF103C is a relatively new product which was released in year 2014.

If you want Android 6.01, have a look of the link below.

It is risky to apply a non stock ROM to your tablet as you will brick your tablet easily if you have no idea of what you are doing.

DO it at your own risk. I personally only use stock ROM.
While I appreciate the product comparisons and such, the TF300 is indeed a completely different product, it is not the one I am talking about. I have the TF0310C as seen below.

Which is a TF103C, except it was a best buy exclusive model. I know for sure that Clockwork Mod is able to be installed on the TF0310C using the TF103C software and method, who I was hoping that roms for it would work as well. All in all it is a pretty decent tablet for being only $85 (they refunded $10 of that as well for accidentally saying it had a 1 year warranty when it only had 90 day). There is not much reason to mod it, other than I just want to, lol. So it is not a huge deal.
Asus Transformer Pad TF103C is your TF310C,  not an exclusive model.

When you click on Driver and Tool on the link below, it will go to TF103C.

TF310C is TF103C.
Yes, I know, that is what I was saying. It is slightly different though, the TF103C has a dual core intel atom, the TF0310C has a quad core atom. It was a Best Buy exclusive model, it was from a black Friday sale if I remember correctly. (The black one anyways)

I only just want to confirm that the fact that it is a quad over a dual core will not be an issue? Looking at the processor model number, they are the same, I guess there is just a dual and quad variant. I am not sure if that effects roms though. I do appreciate you taking the time to reply with all the info though. I thought the processor model number was different until I started looking more in to it.
