I am trying to demote a Windows 2008 domain controller. &nbsp;<br />

When it comes to the point to remove the server object of itself from a neigbor DC, the operation failed because of the network credential. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
The message is &quot;The operation failed because: the attempt at a remote directory server.......to remove directory server cn=dc,cn=server, cn=.....site...&quot; access is denied. &nbsp;<br />

I have already entered a domain admin credential.<br />
<br />
Please advise how to fix this. <br />

I have already entered a domain admin credential.
