Try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver to see if that fixes it. <br />
Can you try the Printer of a different computer?<br />

Ask the vendor about servicing it under warranty. As likely as not, there is a hardware issue.

The printer should have SD card or Bluetooth or USB from camera support (as most modern printer do have this) <br />
Try printing from flash memory or Bluetooth or USB from camera to see if its hardware related...if so then RMA the printer for free replacement or refund under warranty.

My Canon MX922 is printing only in yellow. I have had it about 6 weeks and had no trouble so far. <br />
I thought it might have reacted to the settings of 400% enlargement and +4 intensity, so I reset to normal, and still got only yellow.<br />
All my colors are fresh. Infact the yellow is now the lowest of them all.<br />

just want to add that i use a macbook pro, wireless, though all of this I was doing manually.
