I have a client that is 80 years old, her son bought her an Ipad so they could stay in touch facetime ect. &nbsp;Someone, she forgot who setup her Ipad for her. &nbsp;She can't remember her apple ID password, she can't remember her answers to security questions, the backup email is a mystery that goes to someone she can't remember. &nbsp;This is an Ipad 2 that she has had for years and suddenly the password has stopped working or so she says. &nbsp;<br />

Any ideas on how to get her password reset? &nbsp;<br />

I contacted apple and they say without proof of purchase they can't do anything, I contacted the son and it has been so long he no longer has any of the paper work. &nbsp;(what exactly is proof of purchase anyway, the receipt?) <br />

If this was a Microsoft device I would have had it fixed already not really a mac guy, any help greatly appreciated.
