Windows Update Error Code 8024200D
Trying to install Windows updates on Windows 2008 R2 server and getting Error Code 8024200D. Tried the Windows Update Readiness tool (KB947821) and it did not work. Any suggestions?

How this would help me with the failing updates?
This was recommended to resolve updates that are failing. If you don't think this will help I post another comment when I get back to my computer.
You can also check which update is failing right click on it and hide and see if the updates continue.

It appears that all updates are failing with the code of 8024200D, no matter if I hide some or not...

Please use the following methods to resolve the issue:
1. Run System Update Readiness Tool (KB947821). It should resolve the error in most of cases.
2. This may be due to a pre-release version of the RSAT tools being installed on the system. To alleviate this failure, do the following:
Uninstall the pre-release RSAT tools
Reboot the system
Install the release version of the RSAT tools (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=7d2f6ad7-656b-4313-a005-4e344e43997d&displaylang=en)
Reinstall SP1.
Please see details at the blog http://blogs.technet.com/b/asiasupp/archive/2011/02/18/remote-administration-pack-cannot-install-on-windows-7-service-pack-1.aspx
3. Run a remove package command for offending package identified in the CBS log or in the system event log.

I've already tried #1 -- it runs, but the subsequent updates fail.
And I don't use the RSAT tool
