You got to read the VMware KB link I mention, also I did not post it in order not to offer you the fish*.
https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2085618
* I don't know where I read it, but I liked it, something like this :
Give a man a fish and he won't be hungry for one day
Teach a man to fish and he won't be hungry for his life!
...supposing there is fishes around him ;-)
Good luck, I am off/out a few days.

Disabling AMS resolved the issue. Thanks
it seems there is a known bug with HP AMS versions under 10.0.1 :

Look at each link in the discussion, there is a vmware KB and other links with relevant information.
