VMWare: Unable to Power On VM

ESXi 5.5, tried to power on new vm. Received this message...

Heap globalCartel-1 already at its maximum size of 7869288. Cannot expand.
Could not start VMX: msg.vmk.status.VMK_NO_MEMORY

HP Proliant DL 360 Gen9

The server seems to have loads of free RAM and HDD (unless I am looking in the wrong place)

Hi,
it seems there is a known bug with HP AMS versions under 10.0.1 :

Look at each link in the discussion, there is a vmware KB and other links with relevant information.

How do I check what version I have?
I suppose you speak of AMS installed version on your ESXi.
You got to read the VMware KB link I mention, also I did not post it in order not to offer you the fish*.
