We have a boilerplate e-mail message that we want to send to all of our customers. &nbsp;Their e-mail addresses are stored in a software application.<br />

Please correct me, if I'm wrong. &nbsp;But, if we simply export the e-mail addresses to a Microsoft file such as an Excel spreadsheet or Word document, can we use an import &quot;tool&quot; in Outlook to import those e-mail addresses into a single e-mail message?<br />

Please correct me, if I'm wrong.  But, if we simply export the e-mail addresses to a Microsoft file such as an Excel spreadsheet or Word document, can we use an import "tool" in Outlook to import those e-mail addresses into a single e-mail message?
