However, just a F.Y.I., that message indicates that you are attempting to use the same license code on a different &quot;machine&quot;, in this case a different virtual machine. &nbsp;Did you create a new virtual machine, a clone/copy is a different machine?

We are upgrading our BIG IP GTM virtual applicance.<br />

Before upgrade F5 recommend to reactivate the license and copy the dossier to the F5 webpage to get a new dossier.<br />
<br />
When we reactivate and copy the dossier we get the following error.<br />

Unable to grant license key: Error 51092, This license has already been activated on a different unit. Please contact technical support for assistance<br />

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this.<br />
