VMware vCloud Director - Automatic SNAT Creation

Hello I am trying to set it so that when an organization needs internet connectivity, rather then have to contact there IT administation, they could automatically create an SNAT through the web console. I know VMwares internal hosting has something very similar already, it appears when you right click the machine you get an option for "Connect to the Internet". I want to know if this is something that can be done through vCloud Director.

My other option is to have all machines needed internet access to have some sort of automatic SNAT created when the organization is.

Let me make sure I am understanding your question..

You are a provider and would like to give your tenets the option of provisioning internet access for their network themselves using an SNAT correct?

That was correct however from VMware this does not appear to be possible. Thank you for trying.
