When my secretary send an Outlook email message on behalf of me, how can she get a copy of the replies?
My secretary sends email on behalf of me.
When the recipients of my email message click reply to all, I want my secretary to be included in that list (so she can see the replies)
Background info: My secretary is running Outlook 2010 on her computer, with Exchange Server 2010 running on the Server.
Scenario:
My secretary creates an email message, with Send on behalf of me
To: Joe, Mary, Bill
CC: Jeanne
When the recipients (Joe, Mary, Bill) click reply to all, then my secretary (Jeanne) would also receive the reply. Is that correct? Do you have an alternate way this could work?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Add your secretary as a delegate and add permission for access to your inbox.
Jackie Man's comment will work, but you could also add a transport rule on the server.
any email sent by you would get CC'd or Bcc'd to your secretary.
the delegate and mailbox permissions would give your secretary full mailbox access, they would be able to see all email items in your inbox.

I don't want my secretary to see all email items. Only those that she sends on behalf of me (from her computer), where the client responds, so that she can get a copy of the reply.
In other words, when the client clicks "reply to all", my secretary should be included the list of recipients (because the email that she sent on behalf of me, has her email address in the cc line). Does that make sense?

OK...
Then, you need to make a VBA script in MS Outlook of your secretary for your add of cc to any email which is send on behalf of your email address.
OR
Just buy the add-ins below and install it at your secretary computer.

My secretary solved the problem. When she sends an e-mail on behalf of myself from her computer, she simply adds her e-mail address in the cc line.
When the client clicks "Reply to All", both myself and my secretary receives a copy of the clients reply.
No VBA script or add-ins required.
