JRE and LibreOffice must be the same bit version (32 or 64bit).

If you have installed LibreOffice 5.1.2.2 x64 (64bit version), then all you have to do is to install a 64bit Java version...

Check your current Java version:

Click on Windows Start button.
In the Start Search box, type as below to start Java Control Panel:
 for Windows 32-bit OS: c:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javacpl.exe
 for Windows 64-bit OS: c:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javacpl.exe

Select tab "General" and click "About..." to view version info...

That's a 32 bit JRE. Uninstall it and install the 64 bit one

Please open Java Control Panel as I described above and send me a screenshot of the Version screen...

I also told you before, that you have to install a 64bit Java Version when using LibreOffice 5.1.2.2 x64...

(If it isn't 32 bit, it's been installed into the 32 bit programs directory)

I suggest downloading Java directly from Oracle TechNetWork
Java SE Runtime Environment 8 Downloads

There you can manually choose the 64bit Version independently of your installed browser version...
