I have had similar issues with other programs. &nbsp;The printer that had the exclamation point had been installed through the &quot;Add Printer&quot; on the Devices and Printers menu. &nbsp;This was for an HP printer.<br />

The solution was to delete the printer, then download and install the full software package from the HP website.

I have a user that has adobe acrobat professional but he is not able to print pdf files on his computer. He showed me the adobe print device under printers and device and it has yellow mark. <br />
