Crystal has to fill the first column before it starts the second column.<br />

If you don't have enough data to fill the column on the page then the second column won't be used.<br />
<br />
You can set the columns to go across then down.<br />
<br />
Is that the extent of the data being shown?<br />
If so there may be ways to get it done like that using arrays and formulas.<br />

Since, I'm having issue not showing data in multiple columns, currently my report has few hundreds of rows and showing it in 20+ pages . I already, selected option, &quot;Down then Across&quot;. Anything else I need to do.<br />

Multiple Columns in Crystal Report 2008

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE.
