HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Faxes don't complete, keep repeating.
The user sends out a Microsoft Word 2013 document to the built-in speed-dial numbers, using the HP Driver for the OfficeJet PRO 8600
They check off numbers they want to send the fax to.
Sometimes a fax to a number on the list doesn't seem to complete, and the fax will keep trying over and over again. This produces a bothered recipient and blocks the rest of the faxes from being sent.
Is there a setting somewhere that will turn off retry of faxes? This way I can bypass bad connections if they cause the problem.
I am not sure if I need to reinstall the software yet.
I did notice that the numbers that didn't complete came from the Contacts list, and that they didn't have the same amount of trouble when they sent to stored speed-dial numbers. I wonder if there's some connection.
