Technical Training Compensation and Recovery
Greetings EE'ers,
My company is looking at instituting a policy in which that if they pay to send you to technical or any type of certification training, that the cost of that would be recoverable if you leave the company within 24 months. Has anyone else ever heard of this or dealt with it? What are your thoughts, opinions or experiences? Sorry, I know it's a bit of a digression from our usual technical subject matter, but it's also important to share industry trends in my opinion.
Thanks!

I appreciate your integrity. The truth of the matter is, I meant to assign points to others and make yours the best solution. However, I'm not a real experienced EE'er and I chose yours as "Best Solution" first, and it wouldn't allow me to award anyone else for assisting. I looked to see how I could reverse it and make the correction, but I couldn't find a way. Thanks again for being a standup contributor, and for helping out a newbie.
