Commvault (I think) Icons
All the user has sent me to diagnose their fault call is this snipped screenshot...
I think it is a logical view of their tape library as configured under their backup software although I cannot confirm that because I have no access to the server console - all I see is a physical tape library in a rack in a colo that does not have any error lights on it.
Can anyone explain what the icons against each of the four drives represents please, I can make a good guess as to the top two represent working and broken drives but the icons for drives 3 and 4 really have me baffled.

I give up with this client, they keep logging hardware faults before logging it with their software support.
