Use tracing facilities in your browser steps

Java is a platform-independent, object-oriented programming language and run-time environment, designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible such that developers can write one set of code across all platforms using libraries. Most devices will not run Java natively, and require a run-time component to be installed in order to execute a Java program.

Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) is a specification defining a collection of Java-based server and client technologies and how they interoperate. Java EE specifies server and client architectures and uses profiles to define technology sets targeted at specific classes of applications. All Java EE profiles share a set of common features, such as naming and resource injection, packaging rules and security requirements.

JavaServer Pages (JSP) allow the development of dynamically generated web pages. It uses the Java programming language; JSP pages are translated into servlets at runtime, with each servlet being cached and reused until the JSP is modified. JSP allows Java code to be interleaved with static web markup content, so the resulting page can be compiled and executed on the server to deliver the content.

A Web service is a method of communication between two electronic devices over a network. It is a software function provided at a network address over the Web with the service always on as in the concept of utility computing. A web service has an interface described in Web Services Description Language (WSDL). Other systems interact with the Web service in a manner prescribed by its description using SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) messages. There are two major classes of Web services: REST-compliant web services, and Arbitrary web services.

Development in most programming languages is frequently done with an editor or integrated development environment (IDE). An IDE is a software application that provide comprehensive facilities to computer programmers for software development. An IDE normally consists of a source code editor, build automation tools and a debugger. XCode, Visual Studio, Adobe Dreamweaver and Eclipse are some of the more popular development tools, but an editor or IDE can be anything from simple text editors to sophisticated programs.
