sharepoint 2013 this view cannot be displayed because it exceeds the list view threshold ( 5000 items ) enforced by the administrator
1) sharepoint 2013
2) list with 144343 items
3) created a view ( default view ) to show only 100 items at at time
4) i can see it
5) but another use sees the error message "sharepoint 2013 this view cannot be displayed because it exceeds the list view threshold ( 5000 items ) enforced by the administrator"
6) the other user has full control
7) cleared the browser cache
8) i can see the list item but another user cannot
9) why?

11) cannot increase the threshold site wide just for one user.
