SpeedTest -- best software, website, etc ?
I just now did several tests via https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest and notice that I am NOT getting the speeds my provider says I should be getting, therefore I called them, and they I need to do the above during OFF hours since employees might be affecting the speed if they are downloading BIG files/etc
What is a good software, website, etc so I can do speedtests every hour to make sure I am getting good speeds at night when NO one is on the system and updates are not running ?

Are you using a business class router?

I think you would need a pricey router to do minute by minute speed tests and keep a record. Hourly points means continuous testing.
Before you do that, assign some to take 6 readings a day for 5 days and see if the variations warrant a new router.
We do this (even less frequently daily) to determine if an issue is present and then go after the ISP.
