SQL Server Express 2014 Master / Slave database replication
I went through this:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc645993(v=sql.120).aspx
It seems that SQL Server Express 2014 does not have the option for any type of replication other than as a client/subscriber and not the option for database mirroring other than with the role as a witness.
So are there any other possible solutions or third party products out there for usage with IIS that can handle master / slave replication between databases on SQL Server Express 2014 that might be considered, or is this a dead end that is best fixed by upgrading the version of SQL server that is in use?
