Internal wordpress pages 404
Until the hosting tech can get back to helping me troubleshoot, does anyone have any new suggestions on this.
I've already checked all the usual things: mod_rewrite is on, permalink code is correct in the htaccess, it's not any plugins or the theme (I turned all off and tested the default theme)
I needed him to set me up a new development location with updated php, so he made a mirror copy with a new sub-domain name on the new server, then I did the normal of editing the database to reflect the new location.
The home page of course loads fine, but all internal links are 404 now at the new location. Here's is the new site copy: http://new.atra-flex.com/ and you can see the php info here: http://new.atra-flex.com/phpinfo.php
I'm not a server tech, but the dev.atra-flex.com showing throughout the php info confuses me - could that possibly be the problem? The original dev site is still on, active and working correctly: http://dev.atra-flex.com/
To me, it seems the only thing that might happen is that it would want to jump back over to the original or pull info from it. But I just don't know. The copy he made does use the folder name dev when you look in ftp, but how ever he set it up, the sub-domain of new works other than the internal pages - even the wp-admin works fine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Update: he made a change so the sub-domain shows the new.atra-flex.com in the php info, but still have the 404 problem.

I have to redo the db changes for the pages/posts for the link paths, but finally have the problem solved. Tech said this "OK, sorry about this… I think I’m getting close to the issue (this was a clean install and during the upgrade I let it overwrite with a fresh congi file which I usually don’t do and they changed some of the syntax in there). "
(I know he meant config not congi - give the poor fella a break. He's been busting his butt all day on issues but still made time to help solve this issue ;) )
