Excel Formula Needed

I have attached a spreadsheet which contains two workbooks - Discrepancies and Dockets.
What I need to do is:
If the date and time of any row in the Dockets workbook fall between Date/Time On and Date/Time Off in the Discrepancies workbook then fill in the Prox ID in the Discrepancies workbook with the Prox ID from the appropriate row in the Dockets workbook.

This is only a sample from the real data. There are 965 rows of data in the real Discrepancies workbook and 4120 rows in the Dockets workbook.

I am happy to sort or manipulate the data any way required to get a result.

There will never be more than one match and there will be many which have no match in which case the Prox ID will be left blank.
