You should also immediately change your site's admin password. If someone hacked your site without having your admin password, then that is a problem with weak security by the hosting company and they should fix it.

The hosting company told me its malware and nothing they can do. So what are the best suggestions to get rid of this stuff? Can I have the hosting company maybe restore the site to a previous date to when its working and then change my passwords? Or is than not an option?

I think you need to get a new hosting company.

Strung,
I agree with you! But I have to figure it out with them now. I am going to see if they can restore to a week or two ago. If so hopefully that will get rid of the spyware, if not I will have to use Sucuri or Wordfence as suggested.

It might, but it will do nothing to to protect you from getting infected again. That's why you need a security professional to also harden the site.
