Windows 2012 R2 Vm not registering to DNS?????

Windows 2012 R2 Standard VM

Log Name:      System
Source:        Microsoft-Windows-DNS-Client
Date:          7/8/2016 2:21:31 AM
Event ID:      8018
Task Category: (1028)
Level:         Warning
Keywords:
User:          NETWORK SERVICE
Computer:      serv016.mydom.com
Description:
The system failed to register host (A or AAAA) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:

           Adapter Name : {1E59DC7F-DB36-4446-98FF-B86EC09281C7}
           Host Name : serv016
           Primary Domain Suffix : mydom.com
           DNS server list :
                   10.2.8.30, 10.2.8.24
           Sent update to server : <?>
           IP Address(es) :
             10.2.8.16

The reason the system could not register these RRs was because the DNS server contacted refused the update request. The reasons for this might be (a) you are not allowed to update the specified DNS domain name, or (b) because the DNS server authoritative for this name does not support the DNS dynamic update protocol.

To register the DNS host (A or AAAA) resource records using the specific DNS domain name and IP addresses for this adapter, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator.

I have two Windows 2012 R2 Standard DC's running DNS   they are the .30 and .24 addresses you see in the error

I have tried running ipconfig /registerdns  get same error

on the network adapters properties
register this connection's address in DNS

When I go into DNS on the server I can see the ip address of this server registered

All IPV6 is disabled on all my computers, Did have them enabled before and had issues with some computers with ping and nslookup
not working figured the ping issue ping -4 or ping -6 but that was a pain so I removed all ipv6 only reason I mention this is in DNS this server in the error have a IPV6 record showing so I just deleted that record

So now when I do a nslookup on that server it shows the correct info.

On the DNS servers properties on the interfaces tab  I set Listen ON to Only the following IP addresses and the ip address listed is the ip address of that DNS server only

Any thoughts on why only one Windows 2012 Server out of the many I have gets this error?

Thanks

Tom
