SO I was re-reading your question and I'm confused - what, EXACTLY do you have.

A Windows 10 Pro computer WITH a VM running on Client Hyper-V that you want to transfer to a 2008 Hyper-V?

Or

A VM with Windows 10 installed and you want to move that VM to 2008 from what? A newer systems?

We have a Windows 10 Pro PC and in this computer we have various VM created within Hyper-V that came with w10pro.

There are some VM we want to transfer to the server and use them.

How can we do this?

Agreed - Type 2 VMs didn't appear until Server 2012 and cannot run on 2008.  VHDX format was new in 2012 and cannot be used with 2008.

I would ask why you're still using 2008 at all?  Hyper-V Server 2012 R2 is free and advancements over 2008 are significant!

We going to check if the file is .vhd (almost sure it is).

Also we are sure is type-1 virtual machine.

The "2008" is only referring to our Windows "2008" server.    The Hyper-V we use is in our Windows 10 Pro PC.
Again, you're not being clear.

Is the 2008 server a VM?  What EXACTLY are you trying to do?  Open the VHD in Disk Management?

No, the 2008 server in NOT a VM.

  • We have a physical computer, a Windows 10 Pro.
  • We have another physical computer, a Windows 2008 Server.
  • What we want to do is open a VHD created and being used in a Windows 10 Pro PC, in the Windows 2008 Server.
