Some UPS battery backups have a 2-4 millisecond transfer time to save $1,000 vs a more expensive 0 millisecond transfer time UPS battery backup

I assume all HP servers manufactured this year have internal PSUs that can withstand a 2-4 millisecond transfer time from LIVE power to BATTERY power ?
