Building small business network

Hi All

I need to build a small business network with 2 wifi routers (upstairs and downstairs) and i have a few network printer with Lan connectivity and 3 servers with fix IP (Exchange 2003, File server, ERP)
What would be a so called best practice in this environment? What routers, gateways would be higly recommend to use?

thx

For the gateway I would recommend you get a small business grade firewall like a Cisco ASA, SonicWall TZ, or a Watchguard XTM. For wifi AP's, I recommend you look into open-mesh.

I would suggest a Sonicwall as the gateway device. I agree with Lee W that you should cable the permanent connetions (servers, printers etc) for reliability and speed. If you also need wireless, you could add Sonicpoints to the network. Sonicpoints are easlily configured and controlled from the Sonicwall.
