reinstalling the os via usb seems to work. i guess some files were corrupted

computer looks like its going to load windows but it won't , &nbsp;instead reboots immediately <br />
i remove ram, reseted bios. disconnected cd rom. etc. nothing .<br />
also tried a different hard drive no luck<br />

hp pro 3000 sff won't boot it keeps rebooting
