How to I solve this question?  Thanks

A population of unknown shape has a mean of 4,000 and a standard deviation of 300.
Find the minimum proportion of observations in the population that are in the range 3,700 to 4,300.
Determine the maximum proportion of the observations that are above 4,900.

I found some information that I need the Chebyshev's Theorem to solve that kind of problem. I dont know how to plugin these values in that formula.

                      K = Limit - miu / Sigma
                      (1 - 1 / K^2) * 100
