In a Single Domain in a Single Forest, with at least one Windows 2003 Domain Controller, what is:
1. The highest domain and forest functional level I can have?
2. What is the highest level operating system for a domain controller?

Thanks Malmensa! Is that for forest and domain levels? I can have 2003 native forest and domain functional levels and have a 2012r2 domain controller in my one domain?

so with single domain in a single forest... can i have a forest functional level that is different than my domain functional level?
You cannot set the domain functional level to a value that is lower than the forest functional level
You can set the domain functional level to a value that is higher than the forest functional level
You can set the domain functional level to a value that is higher than the forest functional level
