asked on

how to recover from raid zero failure?

the OS drives are raid 0
the other drives are raid 10
BIOS for the RAID Array: 3ware BE9X 3.10.00.003

See BIOS and RAID pic.

Can I leave the RAID 0 OS drives in and pull the RAID 10 drives
Then re-install the OS and plug the RAID 10 drives back in?

restore from backup

the only way, as indeed, raid 0 is no redundancy : aka "zero redundancy"
Do you have at least some backup of this RAID0 configuration? What happened that you need to recover it?
Well, YOU can't recover it, a data recovery lab may be able to. it depends on nature of the failed drive.   I suggest if data is valuable then to just turn it off, and take it to a LOCAL data recovery firm that does work in-house.

Bring $1000 with you too, and be prepared to pay more.  If budget is less than $500, then don't even bother. I doubt anybody will even look at it for less than $500.
