Could someone please explain the meaning for CopyLocal for references?  And the implications or setting it to true verses false?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please see the Microsoft documentation for "How to: Set the Copy Local Property of a Reference" for meaning and how to set it.

CopyLocal will add the file to the working directory (bin\debug), and it will use the file from it.
It is useful when you are providing clickonce setup to your client, it will include all the file with CopyLocal = true to the clickonce release folder.

Not necessary  to set this property for normal setup as you can also include required files in to the setup.
