The maximum licensed number of users are currently logged into Goldmine

I use GoldMine Premium Edition Version 2014.1.0.489, connected to an SQL Server database.
Earlier today, it locked up while sending an email and I was forced to kill it with Task Manager.
Now, when I attempt to log in as normal, I receive this error message:
"The maximum licensed number of users are currently logged into Goldmine" - which is a nonsense because this is a single-user licence running on a desktop PC - I am the only user!
Rebooting the computer did not help.

Mike, thank you for your response.
It definitely won't be number 1 or 2, so I will investigate number 3.

You can safely delete both the Flags.DFB and Flags.BIn as the correct one will be re-created

I suspect you upgraded from an older version of GoldMine to have the Flags.DBF left behind

Glad all is working
