Word 2016 - Turn off default message in new text box
Word 2016/Win10
I had this related question after closing my own question Can someone please identify what tool may have been used to annotate this screenshot?.
Thanks to Experts' help, I can now add text boxes in a Word doc. However, when I add a new text box:
INSERT --> TEXT BOX --> SIMPLE TEXT BOX,
a "boilerplate" message always appears:
I can see it maybe being useful for the first time I've added a text box, but now, I'd prefer not having to remove it each time. Is there a way to turn it off?
Thanks,
Steve
