I'm trying to do a view that would LEFT JOIN one content type on another where fields from the second content type equals a specific value. Thanks

There are a few "view field" modules. One of those would probably do what you want to do. This should be simple with the right module and is a pretty standard thing to do - showing related content.

I'm trying to do this with the regular views, and don't necessarily want to install another module unless it's totally necessary. Thanks
