Shoretel Phones - need to repurpose with online vendor

We have Shoretel 230 phones, the old network is down and we need to get this phones up and running. We pay Centurylink, but the Tftp server that was a local ip is not accessible.

What is our best route? Can we still have the same numbers? Or do we have to go with an online vendor and is this possible?

ShoreTel offers ShoreTel Sky for cloud connectivity, but the 230's are not supported https://support.shoretel.com/kb/view.php?t=Supported-Phones
