I need to setup this plugin in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to bulk delete attachments in emails.  However, I can't seem to figure out where to start.
There is a plugin: https://microsoftdynamicscrmusefulplugins.codeplex.com/releases/view/620840

Thanks

The plugin at your URL is a solution. In CRM navigate to Settings, Customization and then Solutions. On the command bar is a button labelled Import. click Import and follow the wizard to upload the plugin file (which is a zip) that you downloaded.
