Bilocker issues

Today we had 2 Dell Optiplex 7010 PC's running Windows 10 Pro x64 boot to an orange screen with white stripes.  After much research we determined that it is related to Bitlocker, and that typing the Bitlocker password at that screen allows us to boot Windows.  Has anyone seen this before and found a solution?  I can find this problem all over the "interwebs", but unfortunately, no solutions.

That screen is defined by a file that the boot loader reads. I participate in a TechNet thread on this where I told the author to investigate in that direction. Will let you know on Monday.

All,

To recap, the following solution worked for all the PC's we had affected:

Run the following from an elevated command prompt:
bfsvc.exe %windir%\boot /v

Reboot.
