This is an administrative question but I am hoping there may be some consultants out there that may be able to answer this.
What OS the best way to document and safely search customers individual network information providing you support multiple customers and networks?
I have heard of some companies using a wiki in Sharepoint that sounds like a good idea but somewhat complicated.
Any other ideas out there?

What OS the best way to document and safely search customers individual network information providing you support multiple customers and networks? Do you mean 'What is the best way' ?
There really isn't a 'BEST' way as there is no one size fits all solution.
Using agents that report to a central monitoring center or no agents allowed? What details do you want to collect? How much are you willing to pay?
