Please provide me with a list of utilities that can be used to boot from a USB thumb drive to reset a user's local Windows 7 password.
I will only be using these sorts of utilities for ethical purposes within my lab testing environment.

The referenced source included what EE considers pirated or copyrighted software.
@Joe - basically EE have blacklisted a piece of software due to the copyright infringement. I mentioned that piece of software so he removed it from my post.

Joe, to make it clear the offering is a variant of ultimate boot cd, but unlike UBCD which each user has to create using their own licensed version of Windows, the one here comes with prebuilt suggesting the licensing might be in violation as well as some of the included tools.

Yes FalconFour can. I've tested it before. Option you need is Off line password changer I think.
