HI I am pretty bad as MS SQL but at least can run tuning advisor to create indexes and backup / restore indexes / stats etc.<br />

Im now getting into MYSQL and wanted to know what equiovlent in MYSQL is. &nbsp;Googling around I cant get straight answer just wanted to know that how does another relational DB work if it doesnt have stats and indexes you can tune ?<br />
