Adobe Creative Cloud Error

I was trying to download creative cloud, but it seems that an error occurs. The error says that I need to down load creative cloud to run creative cloud. So its an endless loop.

Is there any solution?

It would be helpful to know if you are using a mac or a pc and also some description on at what point the download fails. I can only talk about this from a mac view.

To install Creative Clould you first have to download the Creative Cloud installer and I think everything would be smoother from the start if you make an Adobe ID. You will be asked to do that somewhere on the way.

To get the installer search for Creative Cloud download. Because of where I am I get this page: http://www.adobe.com/uk/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

You will then get to the next page where you are asked about your experience in using these applications and the download of the installer will start.

The download is a disk image and it should open and be ready to install. What it does is almost only to install the Createive Clould application which can be seen in the menu bar. From there you can select what applications you want to install and at this point you will will be asked to use your Adobe ID.
