DHCP Windows 2012 R2 and Mac Laptop

Hello all,
I do not know what to do on this one.
I have a client that has an AD network with several file servers and 45 computers.  Everything was Windows based and it all works great.
The server running DHCP is a Windows 2012 R2.
One of the owners has to have a Mac laptop.  He connects wirelessly and can never connect unless I restart the DHCP server.  I have to do this every morning.
There are more than enough addresses for him to connect.
I have no idea why this is happening and what I need to do on the Windows DHCP server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kelly W.
