Why does Outlook keep asking for my password?

Whenever I launch Outlook, it ask for my username and password.   When I enter it, it still keeps asking for it.   Why is this?

its hard to say, do you have any details on the environment? what type of account are you using is it Exchange? If so is the server inhouse/ hosted? and what version of outlook are you using?

It is POP3, server is hosted, Outlook 365 Business.
