Not sure, but seems like this error is causing all the rest:

Mount-SPContentDatabase : Content database data integrity check has
encountered a severe issue that upgrade process must be stopped. See the
upgrade log for more information about how to resolve this issue.

Is that possible?

Good luck...

Yes, it is indeed it is causing the rest, but under that message are missing stored procedures.

I am patching SharePoint 2013 with Sp1 now.  Then I will see if I am still missing stored procedures.

I found the answers on my own.

1. Most of the problems were from a WSP file that needed to be upgraded from SP 2010 to SP 2013.

stsadm -o upgradesolution -name "pbcustomtemplatesp2010.wsp"  -filename "D:\DBA\pbcustomtemplatesp2010.wsp" -immediate -allowgacdeployment –allowcaspolicies

2. I patched SP 2013 to SP1.  Here is a list from Microsoft.

The other answers were not even close.  I have to wonder if they were just fishing four points?
